A Girls' Night Out, and an Active Boy (?)

My sister and I went out together just to get out and have adult time together. One of our destinations was a local Vietnamese boba tea house. Yummy. We also went to Michael's, and searched for things to use my 40% off coupons on. She decided on some pretty teal flowers and I went with some retro black and white flowers- some with little skulls on them. I'm using them for this swap. Pictures are coming soon... :)
In other news, yesterday I went in for another prenatal check-up. The little one is very active. My midwife frantically tries to get a heartbeat as the little one moves around... I think the baby might be a boy. All the old wives's tales point in that direction. When I go in for an ultrasound, I should find out then, but I'm torn between finding out or being surprised. My hubby is determined on being surprised... We'll see. :)
Hope all is well with you.

Hi Jessica,

Glad that you could get out with your Sister for a night out.
Always a treat.

Boys do kick more!
I asked about our second baby at the scan, I really wanted to know.

I've had 6 grandsons in 20 months. Boys seem to be prevelant now days, at least in my family. I'm hoping our new twins will be one of each. It's so exciting to wait, but it's fun to find out early too. Decisions....Decisions

Have a great day!!

Hey Jessica!
Hmm. I think you should wait with your hubby. I didn't want to wait but if my husband would have wanted to I think I would have. I REALLY wanted to give them 2 middle names but he didn't wish to do that so I had to give that up:(

So how is the pregnancy coming along. Otherwise? Thanks for coming to see Valoria. Have you thought of any names yet?

Oh that is such a hard one, but I Loved knowing what each of my babies was going to be. It didn't take away from the specialness of the birth at all! Have a nice week! Twyla

How fabulous to be out with your sister! My big and I need to make time to do the same. We always end up having the kids in tow!
Your blog is absolutely beautiful!
How do you find out about all of these swaps? I would love to join in some more; I am doing the Marie Antoinette swap and am so inspired by it!
Happy day!

I don't know that I'd have the discipline to not find out what I was having. You are so strong to consider it!

Personally, I loved knowing. First and last I knew, and middle one I didn't. Hubby didn't care either way. Boys are pretty darn sweet. Yummy drink. I love Michaels, but we don't have one where I live. In a couple of weeks I will be traveling where there is one. Do you have any recommendations on a cutting machine?

If only I could sell my creativity instead of taking all that time to put these things together! I guess someday I'll have a book and then you'll be able to buy my creativity:)
